What style of trainings do you offer?
We do both in-person and virtual training sessions. We strive to offer the best services for you, and that means through the mode of communication that is best serves you.
What are your operating hours?
We have no set hours. We are open to communicating and conducting training sessions at the hour that, again, best serves you. Obviously, within reason. We are a huge advocate for quality sleep, and we try to practice what we preach 🙂
What sort of training packages do you offer?
We offer an array of training packages. You are more than welcome to do a 1 time session with us. However, we believe that true lasting change and skill acquisition takes time. So we offer 5, 10, and prolonged training packages. We love to work with athletes and teams throughout their season, so we also offer an “in season” package as well.
What kind of athletes do you work with?
We love and appreciate all sports and athletes. We have had the pleasure of working with athletes from the youth level all the way to pro and Olympic level athletes, in a variety of sports.

Absolutely, we are here to provide that service to you. Helping to build teams to pursue collective excellence brings us such joy. We do both team dynamic training/workshops, as well as group mental skills training (focusing on an athlete’s individual mental approach).
