What does training with Endure Mentality look like?
Training can look a number of different ways. While we do offer 1-1 training, the most requested training with tactical units is small groups. Ideally paired with/embedded into tactical training days. For example, weapons familiarization or crowd control training. Ultimately, it’s a team effort to decide what is a best fit for your team/department.
Unsure of how Endure Mentality can assist you/your organization?
We offer a free initial call to discuss how you might be able to best implement and benefit from our trainings. After which there can be multiple touchpoints to make sure the training meets the intent of all parties.
What experience does Endure Mentality have with military and LEOs?
We have over a decade of experience working with the military and tactical populations their cognitive and mental training. Most recently spending a majority of our time working within the Special Operations community.
What style of training do you offer?
We offer both in-person and virtual training. However, we have found that in-person training works best, if possible. We prefer to integrate into tactical training, making it easier to marry the cognitive skills with occupational demands.
